It is just a visual option, its not difficult to add and I think it would be good at the cheat.

Do you use any kind of legit aa? Since the legit aa flicks sometimes (I know in your config you dont use it, but maybe that day you was using it). Also, try to change the RCS, try this values: |recoil.x=0.700000 |recoil.y=0.800000 |smooth=0.300000
